Meal Prep + Bowls


Meal Prep can be a GAME CHANGER when it comes to being prepared and staying on track for your goals! When you have no plan or no easily accessible healthy options it's really easy to fall into what's the quickest thing to grab, which with no prep isn't always the best thing. If you get bored easily or struggle with the idea of meal prep then an important thing to keep in mind is meal versatility. Having meal versatility in meal prep offers several practical benefits that can help you stick to your plan.


First, it can offer more enjoyment. If you prepare something that can easily be turned into something else it will give you more options when you aren't feeling the original plan. For example, as you'll see in the video below, my meal prep was burger sliders and veggies. I easily turned that into a rice bowl with the meat and veggies on top! I easily turned my prep into something that sounded better at the moment while staying on track!


Meal versatility in meal prep can also cut down on waste. If you don't finish your meals or get tired of them there is an increased risk of you wasting it and ending up throwing it away. If you have different ingredients that can be folded into other meals then you are more likely to use it up! Repurpose that prep with all of your meals!


Lastly, you will be more efficient on a day-to-day basis. Versatile meals allows you to spend less time cooking but gives you more variety in what you eat. For example, if you prep burger patties, then you can just as quick throw one in a rice bowl or a wrap for a different vibe.
