Challenge Yourself

If you are never challenging yourself, you are missing out.
Challenging yourself can be uncomfortable, but sometimes discomfort is progress being made. Whether it's something mental or physical, getting out of your comfort zone can lead to unexpected growth.
Keep in mind that a challenge doesn't have to be a huge thing. Small, daily challenges can lead to growth and long term changes. Even a growth of 1% a day adds up over time and can honestly surprise you.
Challenge looks different for everyone. So take some time to look at yourself and your daily routines and find something that you can add in as a challenge. Here are some examples:
Wake up at 5am
Read 10 pages of a book
Journal for 5 minutes
Learn a new skill
Start a meaningful conversation
Compliment a stranger
Take a cold shower
Walk 10,000 steps a day
Commit to daily push-ups
Put your phone away an hour before bed
These are some examples but take a look at your life and decide on a challenge that's specific to you. There is no limit! Challenge yourself as often as you can each day. Here's a video of me exhausted at the end of the day and randomly deciding to challenge myself and see if I could jump on each height of this box. I wasn't feeling it before but I felt great after.
CHALLENGE YOURSELF!
