How often do you stretch?
The list of benefits that come from stretching is endless. Stretching is so important for your flexibility. It's also super important for keeping your muscles strong and healthy. It is key to keep our joints healthy as we age and you need stretching to maintain range of motion in your joints.
If you aren't stretching on a regular basis then your muscles will become tight. Stretching lengthens your muscles, while not stretching keeps them short. If your muscles are shortened then they are going to weaken and you'll be more prone to injury.
Here is a great stretch if you have tight hip flexors and/or hamstrings. This stretch was a part of our workouts in February as a member of the Basic and Premium LPFIT Memberships! As a member you get access to all of the workouts!
