For the month you will get 5 workouts. There is a calendar with a suggested schedule that includes one of each of these workouts a week. Each exercise has a link to a video so that you can make sure that you are doing the proper exercise with correct form.
Nutrition and mindset posts are posted throughout the month. There is also a whole folder of these already available to you.
There is an app that can be downloaded for easy access to all of your membership perks.
This is a subscription membership. Once you sign up you will be charged monthly. You can cancel at anytime via your account settings.
*For the premium membership, you have access to a folder of recipes. You will also receive a message via the app from me twice a week for accountability.
