This is a monthly program that includes:
-Effective workouts that are usually 30 minutes or less and can be done with just your bodyweight (can add dumbbells for an extra challenge if you are able.)
-Calendar with scheduled workouts to keep you on track.
-Tracker so that you can document each workout and how it went.
-Check-ins with Lynn! (2 check-ins/week to keep you accountable and answer any questions. These will be done on your tracker.)
-Nutrition focuses to help you with your eating habits! Fitness and nutrition both work best as a team so these are to help you to be more mindful.
-Mindset tips to help you to mentally stay on track.
